Care Solace
Care Solace to Support Students, Staff, and Families
White County Schools has teamed up with Care Solace, a complimentary and confidential care coordination service, to help students, staff, and their families find mental health and substance abuse support. This partnership simplifies the often-difficult process of finding help by connecting people to a wide range of vetted providers, regardless of insurance status.
How it Works
-
24/7 Access: Anyone in the White County school community can call a dedicated hotline at 888-515-0595 or visit the Care Solace website at any time. A multilingual Care Companion team is available 24/7 to provide guidance and support.
-
Personalized Matching: The service uses a proprietary system to match individuals with local providers based on their specific needs, preferences, and insurance. They'll even find options for those without insurance.
-
Reduced Burden: Instead of navigating the complex healthcare system on their own, individuals can have a Care Companion handle the legwork of finding and coordinating appointments, saving them time and stress.
This partnership is part of the school district's commitment to supporting the overall well-being of its community by removing barriers to accessing essential mental and behavioral health services. To get started, visit the Care Solace website.
